The room is comfortable enough and the staff are friendly and nice. The staff readily give assistance for any concern. There is free airport pick up to and from the hotel. Another thing is that they have free continental breakfast. The hotel is under major renovation for better services and facilities. I love this hotel.
Excellent place and the rooftop cafe is special The view of the Nile from the top is amazing
Only went to the rooftop Cafe on floor 18 not the hotel part. Enjoyed the view while having a beer and a Cappaccino. Polite staff and good service.

This evaluation is actually for the roof top not for the hotel itself. The cafe located on the rooftop of the place is quite awesome. the price is affordable. and the sight is very good. you can have a very good Nile view from there. there are many TV LCD where you can enjoy watching the matches there. food is normal there, however drinks are good. spending your night hangout in that place would make you really happy

Stayed here for a week. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and serviced often, good accommodations, and very affordable. They even remembered a birthday at check in and baked a cake!
